WebPayMe is not a payment processor, bank, or financial institution. We do not process payments, hold funds, or make decisions regarding merchant approval.

Our role is limited to collecting application information, conducting preliminary reviews, and connecting merchants with appropriate payment providers in our network.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• The continued availability of any particular payment provider in our network
• The suitability of any payment solution for your specific business needs

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebPayMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, revenue, profits, or data.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of our services.
